National Registry of CPE Sponsors'™ Statement

FX Initiative, LLC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Concerns regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.


CPE Policies for Webinars

In order to receive CPE credit for any FX Initiative Webinar, the following requirements must be met:

  • Stay on the webinar for the entire 1 hour program as CPE credits are based on a 50-minute hour.
  • Respond to at least 3 of the 4 polling or survey questions asked throughout the live presentation.
  • Complete the course evaluation at the end of the program to earn your Certificate of Completion.
  • CPE is not offered for recorded or archived webinar presentations in accordance with NASBA rules.

Please note that CPE credits can not be awarded to those who do not satisfy the attendance and participation requirements above, whether due to technical difficulties or otherwise. FX Initiative webinars are copyrighted and may not be recorded or transcribed without prior written consent.

CPE FAQ

How do I earn CPE credit for a webinar I attended individually?

Live webinars offer CPE credit to attendees who have met the following 2 eligibility requirements: (1) you must accumulate at least 50 minutes of viewing time while the live webinar is in progress in order to earn 1 CPE credit hour and (2) you must answer 3 of the 4 polling questions presented throughout the program.  Please note that CPE credit is not awarded if the 2 eligibility requirements are not met or for recorded webinar events, telephone only participation, or any other form of attendance other than the live scheduled presentation.

How does our team earn CPE credit for a webinar we attended as a group?

Group participants are eligible for CPE credit by appointing a group facilitator or administrator who is responsible for completing and submitting the FX Initiative Group CPE Document. The group administrator must verify that each group member has met the following 2 eligibility requirements: (1) accumulating at least 50 minutes of viewing time while the live webinar is in progress in order to earn 1 CPE credit hour and (2) answering 3 of the 4 polling questions presented throughout the program. The group administrator must email the FX Initiative Group CPE Document within 72 hours of completion of the webinar to support@fxinitiative.com and include the following information:

  • Date and title of the CPE webinar program
  • First and last name of the group administrator 
  • First and last name of each group member
  • Viewing location and name of the company
  • Verification that eligibility requirements were met
  • Statement and signature of group administrator

When will I receive my CPE certificate of completion?

FX Initiative will email individual and group CPE certificates of completion to webinar attendees that have met the eligibility requirements within 5 business days following the webinar presentation. If you have not met the eligibility requirements, you will not be awarded a CPE certificate of completion. If you have not received your certificate of completion or need a copy of a certificate of completion reissued, please email support@fxinitiative.com for assistance.

What if I experience technical difficulties and did not meet the eligibility requirements?

Attendees that experience technical difficulties and are unable to meet the eligibly requirements are not eligible for CPE credit. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy in order to comply with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) Statement on Standards for Continuing professional Education (CPE) Programs. Please report any technical difficulties you experience by emailing support@fxinitiative.com.

Refunds & Recordkeeping

FX Initiative, LLC does not issue refunds for website subscriptions or paid webinars. Once you submit your cancellation request, your subscription will discontinue at the end of your current billing period. FX Initiative, LLC retains records inclusive of program outline/materials, records of participation, dates and locations of presentations, number of credits earned by participants, and results of program evaluations for a minimum of 5 years. To request a copy of your Certificate of Completion, please contact support@fxinitiative.com.
